We also discuss your design preferences. Then, using advanced CAD technology, we craft a detailed mockup of your board, complete with precise measurements, volume, fin placement, rail design, and colors.

Once you give the green light, we order the materials and set a date to shape and glass the board with you. Unlike others, we don’t rely on CNC machines. Every board is hand-shaped with meticulous attention to detail, from cutting the outline to shaping the rails and glassing.
